  • Why should I book using this website?

    By booking using this website you will get the best price available. You are also dealing directly with the accommodation provider, which gives you more control over your booking. 

  • What are your reception hours?

    Reception is open from 8am until 8 pm daily.

  • Can I arrive outside of reception hours?

    We have an after-hour check-in procedure that will be explained on the day of arrival.

  • Are the rooms non-smoking?

    All our rooms at the Black Bull Motel are non-smoking.

  • Is breakfast available?

    All guests receive a Complimentary Continental Breakfast in our Dining Room.

  • Is Internet available?

    All our rooms have free Wireless Internet.

  • Is parking available?

    Free parking is available on site and parking is available outside of the Motel for the larger vehicles.

  • Is EVC available on site?

    A Electric Vehicle Charger is available on site with a fee involved.

  • How close are the shops from the motel?

    There is a Coles supermarket 8 minutes’ walk from the Motel

  • Do you provide dinner at the Motel?

    No, but there is a large selection of restaurants, hotels and clubs all within a 10-minute walk from the Motel.

  • What is your Cancellation Policy?

    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.

  • How do I guarantee my booking?

    Credit card details are required to secure room booking or a $200 cash bond.
